GH gave me an anniversary present as well

We were all cuddled up cozy-like in bed on Sunday afternoon, and GH reached over and stroked my cheek ever so gently.

"You know, in this light you kind of look like you could be in Cats."

"WHAT??"

"You know Cats? The show?"

"Yes I KNOW CATS THE SHOW. You can stop touching me now."

ha! Sounds like something my husband would say to me when trying to be romantic.

You could never look like her, by the way.

A guy making a "Cats" refernce to his wife... I swear only Mormon guys would say stuff like that! Most guys would not even know to make a reference to an Andrew Lloys Weber musical.

Like this one time I saw 4 punks in Utah break out into a perfectly harmonized LesMiserables number... one of those "Only in Utah" moments :)!

HAHAHAHA! What in the world was he thinking?? Was that supposed to be a compliment?

Also, my word verification is "Nummers," which just could be the name of a cat. hahaha!

THAT'S IT! I knew you looked like someone famous. Hey! Here is an idea...superimpose the Cats chick's head onto your wedding photos you just recently posted. That would be a scream.

Hmmm. Maybe he and Tanner should be friends.

Thanks, Hannah. I don't think GH was trying to be romantic, I think he was just musing on my fuzziness.

Yeah, Audra, the Les Mis thing does very much sound like an Only In UT thing.

My only consolation, April, is that some of those cats have really nice bodies. Except I don't think that's what he meant.

Hee! Dad, I'll do it but ONLY if that's the wedding photo that goes up in your house.

Amy, I KNOW, RIGHT?

Yeah, he didn't play his cards very well on that one.

Also:

Pizzocalabro! There are B-Day wishes for you at The Village!

You know, with the exception of that one song and the one other song maybe from Evita, those are the two worst things I have ever paid money to see. Then there was JS Superstar, which by the way is playing in Anchorage in the near future. Put us on the map for culture!!!

Guess it'll be a couple more years before those kids start coming along then, right? This is one of your most hilarious posts and I am having a hard time containing my laughter, so thanks.

One of my favorite musicals. Thanks for the links. I just sat and watched a bunch of the clips for like 45 minutes!

Hahahahaha. I realize I am reading this a little late, but it is so perfectly timed. My husband said I reminded him of a cute furry beaver today. Help!! Seriously, he said the word furry and I started recoiling in horror and to make it better he threw in- no no not like that, like a beaver. Aww thanks honey.
