Please cross fingers for me
I have a kind of important job interview this morning and I really don't want to blow it. Please cross fingers/pray/send good vibes that I'll do well and not be too nervous or forget how to speak. I realize that I may not make the final cut, but I would rather have it be because I just wasn't a good fit rather than because I accidentally started rambling on about sex during the interview.

wait, YOU're interviewing for a new position? I thought you were interviewing other people for a position... *confused but sending good vibes anyway*
Eva, I'm doing both. It's a crazy week! :-)
Lots of happy, calming thoughts and prayers coming your way. Good Luck.
You're smart and articulate and highly unlikely to start talking about sex unless the interviewer happens to have a Hornblower poster on their wall. Plus we're all praying/sending out good vibes for you. Whatever the outcome, I'm sure your interview will be great. Good luck!!
You got an interview?! About time! Luck!
I want you to get the job, but rather largish part of me thinks it would be so awesome if you started rambling about sex in the interview.
good luck
Done! Good luck, and keep us posted.
Also, if you ever need a reference regarding your skill of maintaining a professional attitude while not killing the juvenile delinquents I knowingly brought into the library, let me know. I've got your back.
Okay. Had the interview, whew! Managed to NOT ramble on about sex, which was fortunate. (But yeah, Chosha. The Hornblower thing would have been a challenge!) Also did not embarrass myself or get tripped up on any of the questions, so yay for that. I'll know something in a couple of weeks!
If you did ramble about sex, you could have mentioned that it's a title of a book by Madonna in the early 1990s.
Oh I hope it went well! Keep us posted!
Oooo! I hope things work out! I am glad the interview went well. I hate interviews.
I hope the reason we haven't heard from you for so long is not the feeble excuse that you're on holiday in Hawaii. I'm sure they have computers and internet connections there too.
Oh - and I hope you get the job.
