O come let us adore them
The daffodils are also starting to peek their way up, which is very exciting. This is quite possibly the first time I've planted something that might actually live and thrive. The fact that I don't touch them with my black thumbs ever again after the planting might help.
That purple crocus has the heart of a champion, I tell you. Let's hope they all have them, considering things like this morning's ground cover:
And now that you've very nicely admired my frostbitten babies, I'll bring out a special treat for tomorrow. It's well past time for a post about the dating. Mark your calendars for Friday, everyone, because I'm going to need your input.

Love your babies, but agree that it was some kind of cruel joke to wake up with snow on the ground. Glad to hear, though, that you've been walking on sunshine as of late. :)
I discovered a sweet little white crocus outside my door, and it makes my day every time I see it. Oh the simple pleasures of spring!
Very pretty.
Your babies are lovely, Mother Earth. That explains why you've been so busy lately, it being Spring and all. Sorry about global warming. You can grow some nice cacti though right?
I was thinking about global warming myself and wondering if perhaps we had the ice age so we would have lots of ice ready to melt when the warm age began. Maybe someone knew ahead of time we would need the extra H20 so global warming is all part of the plan. I don't know.
Beautiful flowers my sweet one.
Mom
Hey Steph good to hear from you. It is really strange because when I saw your comment on my blog I thought I know that name 'Nemesis' as I'm pretty sure I have seen it on another blog, but for the life of me I can't recall who's (maybe you will be able to enlighten me, or you know someone that I know or maybe I just dreamt it!)
Anyway I have added you to my friends and family bloggers list.
This blogging is so much fun.
Take care Lesley-Ann
It's me again I'm not going mad it was on Debbie Kears blog, it was bugging me so I kept at it =)
