The Labor of my Labor Day
Have much birthday loveliness to report on, but first I have to show you what I did yesterday. I watched Pride & Prejudice (you can read my original fan-girl review here) and finished making a little something for my brother Dave's soon-to-be baby girl.
Dave & Valli, if you want to be surprised then you'll need to not scroll down or turn images off or something.
. . .
Ready?
Tah-dah!
I flatter myself it's quite adorable, even if I did come really close to chucking the thing off the balcony a time or two.

My ovaries just burst.
And I watched Sense & Sensability last night. Tired of meeting the Willoughbys of the world - ready to find Colonel Branden or an Edward.
If I wasn't "fixed" I would immediately inform my husband that we are trying for another just in hopes I could bribe/guilt/bug-you-to-death until you made me one of those! Cutest... EVER!
Super, super-adorable.
I seriously threw up in its cuteness. I totally want a bunny. Where did you get the pattern?
If anyone wants to try this little guy, the pattern is here.
And that's when you'll realize that the head on mine is upside down. But you won't judge me, because you are nice people.
Huh.
Here, I mean.
Kimberly, I am sorry you are meeting the Willoughbys. Well, okay, MEETING them might be fun, but falling for them and then getting ditched is not. The Brandons and the Edwards are where it's at.
Audra, thank you! If, in your "fixed" state, you should become miraculously pregnant, you let me know. I'll hook you up.
Thank you, chosha!
Abby, knowing that my work has induced someone to vomit is pretty much a life goal fulfilled.
You are just too smart and talented for words!
Missed that 'here' link. Would also love the pattern for this little gem.
Darling!! You are so talented.
*Gasp* That's so cute! I love it. Was it difficult?
That's so cute I'm almost tempted to take up crocheting or knitting. But I probably won't. I'm not crafty. :) You're nicer than I am. If I made that I would keep it for myself!
